Really shouldn't be called 'serviced' apartments

My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India. However, arriving at the apartment at 1am, there was no one there to check us in. I was informed before travelling to contact there care taker, I rang several times (as well as the reception) and unable to reach contact. We had to get a hotel the first night... I wouldn't really say the rooms are serviced, for the two weeks we stayed there it was 'serviced' the first two days, and by serviced the floor was sweeped at that was it. There was construction work ongoing for the full two weeks on the outside of the building - removing the rendering. Therefore, from 9am to 6pm, there was constant banging. We were not informed of this before arriving or when we could finally actually check in. The apartment states there is a pool, which is correct but it only opens at 6pm until 8pm... The only good thing about this apartment was the seating area in the apartment complex surrounded by trees and animals.

It is a great place and inside a residential complex. We were 2 single women - it was completely safe. The staff there are very, very helpful for anything you need and available at all times. There is a geyser for hot water. It was spacious for us and not cramped with just the bedroom. However, the place doesnt look like the pictures (there is some wear and tear in the rooms and bathroom), with some cracks and paint peeling. But that is minor and we had a very pleasant, safe and comfortable stay. Would go back.

The rooms are just about okay. There was some odd smell in our living room but we were there only for one night and did not follow up. The ACs were nice and functional. The breakfast is decent. The location is close to the Airport and pretty much nothing else. The biggest let down is the charges for extras. We requested a quote for an extra bed to be setup and were quoted a crazy 1500 Rs for the same. We managed without it..

I had a nice stay in landmark aparments. The location is closed to airport, easy to find with a cab. The appartment was very clean, with AC, a lot of space in the room and living room. Cleaning service was already available. The host welcomed me very well. I shall recommend it
